Policies

LM Treasures Prop Rentals will, to the best of our ability, provide the highest level of customer service possible. This is to help reassure Customer that each order will be completed accurately, on time, and with all the agreed upon available items in good condition for their event date and time.
  • All orders will automatically be charged a 3% minor waiver retainer. This covers small repairs and paint scratches that may occur during the rental period. Major damages will be evaluated at the time of return and charged accordingly at that time. 
  • Events that require rushed delivered or pick up (sooner than 48hrs) will be charged a rush fee of $200.
  • LM Prop Rentals will need at least 48-72 hrs. to process, pull, and inspect all rental items.

  • Delivery includes safe transport of all items to and from the venue.
  • Set up is NOT included. Curbside Deliveries only. 
  • Earliest drop off time is 8am.
  • Latest pick up time is 9pm, events ending after will be picked up the following day.
  • For after hours pick ups a $200 fee will apply up to midnight 12am.
  • Pick up hours after 12am an additional day will apply.
  • Any hanging items will be the customers responsibility. Brackets WILL NOT be provided.
  • Additional fees will apply for deliveries that exceed 30 min or are considered difficult access. (Stairs, no freight elevator, tight spaces, etc.)
  • Customer must also have someone available to sign for all rentals at drop off and pick up.
  • Customer will be responsible for confirming that the venue will allow all and any props provided by LM Treasures Prop Rentals to left stationary at their facility for the event date and time.
  • Customer must provide access two hours before and after the event to set up and to remove all prop rentals. Venue must be easily accessible with vehicle parking near the venue entrance for unloading.
Pick Up
  • Free local pick up is offered for those who want to avoid the delivery fee and minimum order amount. 
  • Customer will be responsible for arriving at LM Treasures in Jurupa Valley, Ca Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 AM – 3 PM.
  • Additional fee’s will apply for pickups completed after hours.
  • Customer also must bring the appropriate size vehicle and transport materials to protect all items during transit.
  • If the items acquire any damages while in Customers possession they will be held liable for paying a repair fee.
  • If the customer does not provide blankets a $5 rental will be charged for each blanket provided by LM Treasures.
  • The customer must return the blankets at time of drop off. If blankets are not returned an additional $15 will be charged for each blanket.
  • If the customer fails to call or notify LM Prop Rentals that they are unable to pick up the item(s) on the agreed upon date they will forfeit the payment given for the order. 
  • If the customer fails to return the items on the agreed upon date and they do not notify LM Prop Rentals the order will be marked as a "no call, no show" which will result in a minimum 15% late fee.
Weekend Events
  • Event on a Saturday or Sunday will be charged a weekend rate.
  • Allowing pick up the Friday before and return the following Monday.
Late Returns
  • Items that are returned late will be charged a late fee.
8am - 12pm          Additional 15%

    Changes To Order
    • Any events that are rescheduled due to unforeseen weather conditions will receive full credit for a future order with a $50 re booking fee. Please give 2 weeks prior notice when rescheduling your date.
    • Customer will provide adequate electrical power to meet the needs for any prop rentals or equipment.
    • Only for the first 24 hours is Customer permitted to make changes to the order. Customer can substitute another item of their liking that is equal in value, size, and subjected to the same terms or else Customer acknowledges that any changes to the order after the first 24 hours is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.

    Liability

    • Customer is responsible in providing a one day insurance if venue requires.
    • Customer is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings.
    • Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss or damage to LM Treasures Prop Rentals employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by LM Treasures Prop Rentals.

    Payments & Security Non-Refundable Retainer

    • Payment in Full Prior to Event: To finalize your reservation, payment must be made in full no later than 48hrs prior to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise.
    • Booking Deposit: Customer is required to pay at least a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date and reserve specific prop inventory.
    • Final Due Date: All remaining balances must be paid in full at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled event date.
    • If Customer cancels the order more than 24 hours after confirmation, LM Treasures Prop Rentals will collect the retainer & customer is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.
    • Credit card authorization form must be filled out for each event for security purposes for any damaged or lost prop rentals.

    • Electronic Bank Transfers / ACH / WIRE 

    Please Note: We do not accept cash on the day of delivery/event setup. All funds must clear 48 prior to event execution or a rush fee will apply. Failure to clear the full balance by the deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

    Damage and Loss 

    • All orders will be charged a 3% required nonrefundable “Minor Damage” Waver Fee to cover small scratches and nicks at time of check out. Major damage will be examined and charged at the time of return.
    • In the event that props provided by LM Treasures Prop Rentals are damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by LM Treasures Prop Rentals Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement cost up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.
    • Please be advised, any damage to props will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage. LM Treasures Prop Rentals cannot control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:
    1. Damage caused by: Wind/ Water/ Extreme heat or cold.
    2. Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary.
    3. Damage from sitting on items only intended for decoration use only.
    • Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
    • LM Treasures Prop Rentals will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included within 3 days after the event.
    • Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt.

    Privacy Disclosure Notice

    • All information released to LM Treasures Prop Rentals is kept confidential. We respect your privacy and can assure all our valued customers that any information obtained is used for the sole purpose of completing your order. We will not allow your information to be sold, exchanged, shared, or rented during this process. Below you will find our privacy policy which describes the information we collect and how we use it.
