Refund policy

  • All sales are final. 
  • 100% of the prop rental amount is required to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise.
  • In the situation that the Customer would like to cancel their order, they will only be subjected to store credit.
  • If the Customer wishes to remove an item from their order, they will receive store credit for the amount of that item.
  • In the case where the Customer leaves a deposit retainer, LM Prop Rentals will collect the retainer & Customer is subject to store credit.
  • All store credit will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.
  • If the customer fails to shows up on the agreed upon date and does not notify LM Prop Rentals of a delay or of a cancelation and LM Prop Rentals has fulfilled their obligation for their end of the agreement the retainer or payment given to book the order is forfeited and will be marked as a "no call, no show".
  • If the customer does not show up with a vehicle large enough to accommodate the rentals, LM Prop Rentals will only load what the vehicle can safely store and the customer will be subjected to store credit for the item(s) that cannot.
